BASIC RUNDOWN OF INITIAL CLEAN

Top to bottom dusting in every room including ceiling fans, blinds and baseboards.  
All doors, frames and switch plates are wiped clean.
Sparkling clean counter tops, appliances (including inside of microwave), cabinets and fixtures in the kitchen and bath.
Trash is emptied and taken out (if full).
Floors are vacuumed and/or mopped.
